My Class Trip

On Tuesday my class went to the Botanical Gardens. My favourite bit about the gardens was the big kids garden it was very big and it was very beautiful.We had a big class photo in front of the large catties. I had so much fun at the Botanical Gardens I hop I can go back.

What is a Bird

This week our group made a poster of asking (what is a bird ?) .My group learned lots of things about birds. Like saying if it has a tail it is a bird. No because cat and dog's have tail's too. We learned that if it has feather it is a bird. fact if ti that feather it is a tarp of bird

Here is my art.I used patterns from my culture. you can see I have translated (slide) my orange flowers.
I have rotated (turned) my kiwi. I have reflected (flipped) my fish. I really liked finishing it.

In 2014 I am in room 7 and I am 10 and a year six. I am looking forward to playing with my new friends. I like them because they are nice,cool and funny.

We learnt that the Tamaki river use to connect from Point England to Otahuhu. But now the land has a major transportation road running through the middle of it.

ink writing

         Today we done ink handwriting as you can  see it was very hard to do it in ink. We had to use a toothpick to put the ink on the piece of paper. We all had to do ink writing and we had to copy a funny line. It had all the alphabet in it. I like ink writing but it was still very very hard.
