Sprint Comparison

Today I compared my spiriting features to an Athletes spiriting features, I learnt when spiriting you MUST have light feet, eye's focused and knees and arms bent.

Super work Paige! This is a really visual way of looking at what we do when we put our learning into practise. After comparing yourself with an athlete it's great to see that you have thought about the skills you think you still need to work on.
