LI: To Reflect on Personal Goals.
Dear Term One Paige.
I have had the bestest year being in room 5 with all these amazing people and my lovely teacher I have leveled up in all my subjects I have work so so very hard to do this and I’m hoping to become head girl next year I think watching Fine do all that hard work be an awesome head lader has made me think that I can do it too.Camp was also part. of this year I loved it so much it was GREAT, everyone become closer and closer everyday I loved how we are all close now. We are moving into the new classrooms they look completely different to the ones we have now! I can’t wai. I have tried very hard to ignore all distractions this year but I have to be honest if I say I ignore ALL then I’d be lying. Most of my tasks are complete and uptodate but again if I said I had completed every single task I would be lying. I have to say this has been the best year for me and I really can’t wait to see what next year has hidden for me I hope it’s a completely different year hard challenges and fun times.
This is my letter back to term one me. I am happy about all that I have done this year and I really do love being in this class and I have be friended every single one of the people in this class over the year and I'm going to sure miss the people in the class, that are moving to other school and/or going off to collage.
What is problem solving :Maths:
What is problem solving?
Problem solving, What is it?
Well problem solving is when you are looking to find an answer that's not there so then you will have the best aspect to complete your problem.
Problem solving, Do you only use it in maths?
No, You use it everywhere you go even on your way to where you are going, you use problem solving when you are looking for your lost left sock that hides all the time, You use it when you on the road and you're looking for signs to help you get to Nana's and papas house.
You are always solving problems even when you don’t know it.
Today in maths we had to write a maths paragraph on What is problem solving? we had to do this because when we do test on write about maths we don't do so well, So our teacher Mrs Anderson said "Write me a maths paragraph on What is problem solving" and we did. She then told us to find a critical friend and tell them about what you wrote. We then commented on eachothers work.

Voting For the Flag results
Today we had a school vote based on which flag we would want the flag to be changed to. Every student in our school had a chance to choose which flag they wanted. Mr. Johnston shared the results with us today. I have made a pie chart showcasing all the results with percentages. In my opinion, the results were very interesting especially the Black and White Koru which is only 4 percent out of 100. I would have expected a much higher result with that particular flag.

Choosing a New Flag For New Zealand
All the pupils in Panmure Bridge School voted for which ever flag they liked best, in the options above. We had 4 minutes to read each flag's meaning behind it independently, 3 minutes to get with a partner and talk about your reasons for why you like the flag you're going to chose, 2 minutes to find a new buddy and talk with them about it, and then 1 minute to find a group of 4 to discuss your own perspectives on each flag. We did this because we work better together. 3 of the people in our group chose the last flag in the picture, for reasons such as: I made personal connections to it, It represents multiple cultures and also because it is instantly recognized as New Zealand's. 2 of the people in our group chose the first flag for reasons such as: I liked the design and because it's easily recognized as ours due to the Silver Fern. Although they are very alike, we still had reasons for choosing the other flag. The 3 of who chose the red flag, liked it because it represented blood, yet some of us chose the black flag because it represents our history and the night.
The flags we chose are above. The first flag is the flag that 2 of the people in our group voted for and the last flag is the one that 3 of the people in our group voted for.

Kiwi Can
Kiwi Can:
So Today we did Kiwi Can. We first started off with our energizer, then after we went into our activity which was drawing out our emotions from the present and past. I didn't do much, but my first emotion was feeling sick, since I was sick for the past 2 days.
